Unable to access SQL SERVER EXPRESS 2008 on my Windows 7 system

Hello sir, recently I have created SQL server Express logging account and now try to access SQL Server through logging criteria but whenever I try to log on into SQL server logging account then I am getting an error message like “Operation failed because you cannot access SQL Server Express from remote location”. I am totally confused getting this error message. Is there anyone who can solve this issue? I will wait for your response. Thank you.

    Hi aspirant,

Problem might be occurring while entering the server name.

So follow the procedure mentioned below for a creation of the SQL server.

    Go to the start option.

Enter the run key over there then another window will pop up.

    Then go for Services.msc.

From there browse to get the SQl Server Browser and click on the Ok option.

Then close the window and go to the SQL Server Browser and right click upon it.

Then go to the properties option.

And go to the start up option, enter it and change the run option to automatic.

    Then retry the connection.

While trying for the connection please be sure to write the confirmation user name followed by \SQLEXPRESS.

    ALL THE BEST
